Jessica has spent the past decade practicing in the functional medicine space as a Registered Dietitian and Clinical Exercise Physiologist. Three years ago a friend introduced her to a Human Design podcast and her mind was blown.
Now Jessica integrates her background of health and wellness along with her knowledge of the Human Design system to help others go about change in a different way.
She also spends her time supporting entrepreneurs in the health and wellness space to streamline their systems and create offers that will actually impact their clients.
Jessica loves to be outside, soaking in the sun and preferably by a body of water.
This episode is brought to you by MyMedic where they prepare you with the equipment and training for the unexpected emergency.
